Grab a drink, pull up a seat, and get ready to meet the people you’ll be learning, laughing, and connecting with throughout Meetings in the Wild.

After a full day of learning, exploring, and Meetings in the Wild, it's time to kick back and enjoy the company of the incredible people who make our industry so special. Join us Thursday evening at The Event Barn at Kalahari for a spook-tacular night of great food, live music, and even better company — Halloween costumes encouraged!
Step outside onto the lawn, grab a cocktail table, and settle into an evening full of fun, interactive ways to connect with fellow attendees under the autumn moon.
No formal agenda. No stuffy networking. Just good food, good music, and plenty of opportunities to swap stories, make new friends, and howl at the moon together.
👻 Costume Contest — Prizes for Best Safari Spirit, Best Halloween Fright, Best Group Costume (4ppl max) and Best Overall Costume!
Costume Suggestions
Wildlife Safari:
Lion, zebra, or giraffe (face paint + ears/print fabric)
Safari explorer / park ranger (khaki, vest, binoculars)
Flamingo or toucan (bold colors, feather boa)
Group idea: a whole "pack" — lions, cheetahs, elephants
Classic Halloween:
Witch or wizard (Where are you muggles at?)
Vampire or zombie (Don’t forget the white face paint, you’re supposed to be undead)
Ghost (easy last-minute option) No drawing on the Kalahari sheets!
Classic monster mash: Frankenstein, mummy, skeleton, Dia de los Muertos is right around the corner.
Group idea: Cards Against Humanity Deck (Make us laugh not Cringe), 80s throwback style (Pop a collar and get your aquanet ready), Superheroes (Don’t forget those tights!)
